Check the clue, not the shorthand

Community posts often shorten multi-word clues. Compare the exact in-game wording with the source entry; a nearby theme is not proof that two cipher phrases share an NPC.

Separate dialogue from loot

Community reports discuss both themed dialogue and extra loot. Record each independently: seeing ordinary loot does not prove the NPC mapping was wrong, and an extra item does not establish a universal drop rule.

Account for prior turn-ins
